Οι Malestrom στο Θέατρο Σοφούλη

Το Θέατρο Σοφούλη υποδέχεται τους Malestrom, David O’Regan και Patrick Sawers για δύο μόνο παραστάσεις.

Για δύο Τετάρτες, 12 και 19 Φεβρουαρίου, στις 21.00 οι Malestrom θα παρουσιάσουν τη λογοτεχνική performance “Stories that Refused to Sit on a Page – Part 1” (Ιστορίες που αρνήθηκαν να κάτσουν σε μια σελίδα).

Μια παρουσίαση που εγείρει όλες τις αισθήσεις… Αφήγηση, μουσική, βίντεο, εικόνα, όλα συνδυάζονται σε μία performance για ενήλικες με σκοπό να προκαλέσει, να σοκάρει και πάνω από όλα να διασκεδάσει.

We call ourselves Malestrom and this is a show that will challenge, shock, confuse and above all entertain. This is a performance unlike anything you have seen and yet these stories will resonate with you and leave you feeling that you are not alone.

Some time ago David O’Regan wrote a cache of stories that were difficult to write, they were raw-flesh stories of disappointment, frustration, pain and love. The more he shared these stories with the people close to him, the more they shared them with people close to them, the more he realised that they needed to be shared in a new way and not simply committed to the page.

So, this has become a multi-sensory show with original music, written and performed by Patrick Sawers, in-depth personal story videos from 6 contributors, images and a storyteller but make no mistake this is an ADULT experience. The three stories are:

Insensitive
Haunted

They deal with disappointment, disattachment and death, along with many other themes.
